We are on tne road again to visit Taib and family at Cabo Negro. The drive through the hills around Meknes, the farmland, the Rif moutains is a real pleasure. We finally arrive at destination and we step into a playa del carmen type pf scenario with lots of new construction mostly vacation apartments for the upper middle class Moroccans. Clearly it is not the Morocco we have seen up to now or the one we came for...but it is clearly part of the landscape of the modern Morocco. We spend the afternoon catching up on old friendship and having a late dinner at an exquisite fish restaurant.
